TERMS OF SERVICE, ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY, REFUND POLICY, COMPLAINTS POLICY, SAFETY POLICY, CHILD PROTECTION POLICY, ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING POLICY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE FRAMEWORK

1. INTRODUCTION
This Agreement governs the access to and use of YupMatch.com (the "Platform", "Website", "Service").
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, each user acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the provisions contained herein.
YupMatch is a social networking and communication platform intended exclusively for lawful communication between consenting adults. The Platform is designed to facilitate messaging, audio communication, video communication, and social interaction among registered users.
The Platform is not intended for the distribution of adult content, pornography, escort services, prostitution-related activities, sexual solicitation, or any unlawful activity.
2. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this Agreement:
"Account" means a registered user profile.
"Content" means any text, image, photograph, video, audio recording, profile information, communication, or other material submitted or transmitted through the Platform.
"Membership" means a paid subscription granting access to premium features.
"User" means any individual accessing or using the Platform.
"Prohibited Content" means any content prohibited under this Agreement.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who:
* are at least eighteen (18) years of age;
* possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
* are not prohibited from using online services under applicable law;
* have not previously been suspended or terminated from the Platform.
The Platform reserves the right to request age verification or identity verification where necessary to ensure compliance and safety.
Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of access.
4. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
YupMatch provides users with access to:
* profile creation;
* social discovery tools;
* private messaging;
* audio calling features;
* video calling features;
* subscription-based premium functionality;
* account management services.
The Platform does not guarantee matches, friendships, relationships, responses, compatibility, or any specific outcome.
5. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION OF ADULT CONTENT
The Platform maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding adult content.
Users may not upload, transmit, display, distribute, request, promote, advertise, sell, exchange, or facilitate:
* pornography;
* sexually explicit photographs;
* sexually explicit videos;
* explicit audio recordings;
* nude images intended for sexual gratification;
* erotic performances;
* fetish content;
* webcam sexual performances;
* sexually graphic illustrations;
* adult entertainment content;
* links to adult websites;
* promotion of adult subscription platforms;
* sexually explicit roleplay;
* sexually explicit livestreams.
Any violation shall result in immediate removal of content and permanent account termination.
No warning is required prior to enforcement.
6. COMMERCIAL SEXUAL ACTIVITY PROHIBITION
Users may not:
* advertise sexual services;
* solicit sexual services;
* negotiate sexual services;
* facilitate escort services;
* facilitate prostitution;
* facilitate commercial sexual encounters;
* exchange money, cryptocurrency, gifts, or benefits in return for sexual activity;
* promote third-party sexual services.
Such conduct is strictly prohibited regardless of whether any transaction is completed.
7. CHILD SAFETY POLICY
The protection of minors is a fundamental requirement of the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
* child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
* grooming;
* solicitation of minors;
* communication intended to facilitate sexual contact with minors;
* age-play involving minors;
* sexualized depictions of minors;
* attempts to obtain or distribute material involving minors.
Accounts associated with such conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities and permanently removed.
8. HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND EXPLOITATION POLICY
The Platform maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding:
* human trafficking;
* sex trafficking;
* labor trafficking;
* forced labor;
* coercion;
* exploitation;
* abuse;
* extortion;
* blackmail;
* threats of violence.
Any suspected activity may result in:
* immediate account suspension;
* preservation of relevant records;
* cooperation with law enforcement authorities;
* permanent account termination.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Users shall not:
* violate applicable laws;
* impersonate another person;
* create fraudulent accounts;
* engage in harassment;
* distribute malware;
* conduct phishing attacks;
* engage in identity theft;
* scrape Platform data;
* send spam;
* interfere with Platform operations;
* attempt unauthorized access;
* circumvent security measures;
* engage in fraudulent payment activity.
10. CONTENT MODERATION
The Platform reserves the right to:
* review content;
* investigate complaints;
* remove content;
* restrict account functionality;
* suspend users;
* terminate users.
Content may be removed without notice where necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or enforce Platform policies.
11. MEMBERSHIPS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Certain features may require a paid Membership.
Pricing, billing frequency, and included features are disclosed before purchase.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Users are responsible for reviewing subscription terms before purchase.
12. REFUND POLICY
Refund requests may be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund eligibility may depend upon:
* the amount of service already used;
* account activity;
* fraud prevention considerations;
* applicable legal requirements.
Refunds may be denied where:
* premium services have been substantially consumed;
* fraudulent activity is suspected;
* chargeback abuse is detected;
* policy violations have occurred.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current subscription period.
13. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Users agree to contact Platform support before initiating a payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
* account suspension;
* account termination;
* restrictions on future purchases.
Nothing in this section limits any legal rights available to consumers.
14. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Users may submit complaints concerning:
* content;
* billing;
* privacy;
* harassment;
* policy violations.
Complaints shall be reviewed within a reasonable period.
The Platform reserves the right to request supporting information where necessary.
15. LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUESTS
The Platform may cooperate with valid requests from courts, regulators, and law enforcement agencies.
Information may be disclosed where legally required or permitted.
Emergency situations involving threats to life, child safety, trafficking, or serious criminal activity may receive expedited review.
16. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The Platform shall implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information.
Personal information shall be processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
17. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
The Platform may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its discretion where:
* this Agreement is violated;
* unlawful activity is suspected;
* user safety is threatened;
* fraud is detected;
* compliance obligations require action.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Service.
19. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity of the Platform.
